Do you have special pricing for early stage startups or businesses affected by COVID?

For early stage startups (<40 employees or <10M in funding), we offer 6 months of unlimited usage for free. For business affected by COVID, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to assess on a case by case basis.

Can I try a new destination before being charged for it?

Yes! Beyond your first free destination, each destination has a 30 day free trial before you are charged for it

How often do you charge my credit card? Will I be notified if I go over my limit?

We charge your credit card at the beginning of each monthly billing period, and we won't charge for overages during that given month. Before your next payment, Hightouch will notify you if you whether you should upgrade to a higher plan for the next month.

Can I ask for help setting up Hightouch even if I'm on the free plan?

Absolutely! We're happy to help customers regardless of their size, please message us on Intercom, email us, or book a time with us and we'll make sure set up is effortless as possible.

How does Hightouch handle support?

Hightouch engineers are talking to customers 24/7 because we're located around the world. We also have a Shared Slack channel with customers in POCs or Pro/Business plans for real time feedback and support.
